Construction is progressing well at Millwood Rise with the sewer construction close to completion and stormwater installation continuing.

Roadworks construction has commenced and will be the main focus for the team onsite throughout July.

The appointment of a civil contractor for Millwood Rise is still being resolved and we are hoping to announce a civil contractor in the coming weeks.

Once the announcement has been made, we will be able to provide our buyers with a construction program highlighting a start date and key construction milestones throughout the process.
