CFMG Residential Communities are excited to announce that clearing is now underway at Millwood Rise in Nambour.
Machines are currently onsite clearing vegetation in preparation for civil construction to commence shortly.

Millwood Rise Construction Update
In preparation for construction commencement at the Millwood Rise Community the construction team established on-site on the 10th of October with fencing and site sheds installed at the entry to the site.
Civil works are forecast to commence in the weeks ahead and we are looking forward to seeing Millwood Rise start to take shape.
An event for Millwood Rise purchasers was held on Thursday 20th October to provide an update on the construction program and considerations for buyers in the coming months.
Millwood Rise Construction Update
As you may be aware, we have been experiencing delays with commencing construction at Millwood Rise in Nambour.
We appointed a civil works contractor who subsequently has sought to withdraw from carrying out the civil works for the project.
We have been re-tendering the works with the view to appoint a replacement civil works contractor, and to have the civil works start as soon as is reasonably practicable.
Given the current market shortages throughout South East Queensland and the high demand for contractors, their sub-contractors and broader workforce, we are endeavouring to have a re-appointment completed soon. Once a re-appointment has been made, we will provide an updated project program, project timing and anticipated date for titles registration.
