Construction is getting close to completion at Stage 2 Millwood Rise in Nambour. Asphalt is scheduled to be installed this week with all works including landscaping set for completion in late May/early June.

Construction works are progressing well on stage 2 at Millwood Rise. Bulk earthworks complete and retaining and hydraulic works well under way. Currently targeting Practical Completion in February 2026 (subject to weather).

Construction on Stage 2 of Millwood Rise in Nambour is moving along smoothly. The bulk earthworks have been completed, and work has now begun on the stormwater and sewer systems.

The Queensland Government has announced major cost-of-living relief for Queenslanders chasing the great Australian dream of home ownership by continuing the boosted First Home Owners Grant for an extra year.

The $30,000 grant for new home builds was due to expire at the end of June 2025, however it has now been extended by 12 months, until 30th June 2026.
